L'Acropole-des-Draveurs |
|
A getaway in the Charlevoix region allowed me to climb this trail well known to hiking enthusiasts in Quebec. The sun was supposed to be present, as the weather specialists announced a risk of rain of only 20%. Unfortunately, the rain and wind gusts decided to play the troublemaker, because once at the top the visibility was considerably reduced. Fortunately, the good weather finally showed up, to allow me to appreciate the majestic landscape. The trail is in very good condition, with two help points on the route in addition to a toilet at the third kilometer. A climb of more than twice the height of the Eiffel Tower, relatively busy which was worth the detour. |
